Refund policy

Desloppy has a free plan, so you can try it on your own writing before you pay anything.
14-day refunds
If you are not happy with a paid plan, email support@desloppy.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full. You don't need to give a reason.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account page or the link in your receipt email. Your plan stays active until the end of the period (month or year) you paid for, and you won't be charged again. After the 14 days, we don't give partial refunds for the rest of that period.
How refunds are paid
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
